1 slice of ham 1/2 inch thick, approximately 1 to 1/2 lbs, trimmed and cut into pieces
1/2 lb bacon diced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bunch broccoli flowerets
Velveeta cheese, sliced
Ham bouillon base or cubes
1 lb medium noodles
Preboil broccoli until just about tender.
Precook noodles.
Fry ham pieces for about 5 minutes.
Add bacon and onion.
Continue to fry until everything is golden brown.
Add enough water to cover ham.
Add bouillon to taste.
Drain broccoli and noodles.
Stir into ham.
Simmer for about 1/2 hour.
Just before serving, lay sliced Velveeta cheese on top and cover.
Simmer until cheese is melted.
