2-1/2 lb. Chuck Roast

1 Onion, chopped

2 T. Lemon Juice

1 cup Ketchup

3 T. Worcestershire Sauce

2 T. Brown Sugar

1 T. Mustard

2 tsp. Chili Powder

1/2 cup Water

1/2 cup Celery, diced

1 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Pepper


Cooking Instructions:


In heavy Dutch oven, brown meat in oil.

Mix rest of ingredients and pour over meat.

Bake for 3 hours covered at 350°.

Cool and shred meat with forks.

Mix well with sauce and reheat, serve on buns.
