1/4 cup oil (olive or salad)
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp pepper
1/2 cup vinegar (cider)
3/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup chili or hot sauce
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp salt
Heat oil.
Add finely chopped onion.
Cook until tender.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.
Add a bit of water if it gets too thick.
It can be poured into sterile jars and kept in refrigerator.
