3/4 cup Onion, chopped

1-1/2 cups Celery, chopped

1-1/2 cups Ketchup

3/4 cup Water

1/3 cup Lemon Juice

3 T. Brown Sugar

3 T. Vinegar

1 T. Worcestershire Sauce

1 T. Prepared Mustard

20 Hot Dogs

20 Hot Dog Buns


Cooking Instructions:


In saucepan coated with non-stick cooking spray, saute onion.

Add all other ingredients (except hot dogs) and bring to a boil.

Turn down heat, cover sauce pan & simmer for 30 minutes.

Cut slits on each side of hot dog and put in a baking dish coated with non-stick cooking spray.

Pour sauce over hot dogs.

Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

Serve hot dogs on buns.
