Apricot Salad: Submitted by: Pat Foley | Date Added: 2 Dec 2009 Ingredients:


1-6oz apricot, or peach, Jell-O

1 large jar apricot baby food, with tapioca

1-20oz can crushed pineapple, drained

2/3 cup water

2/3 cup sugar

1-8oz cream cheese

1-8oz Cool Whip


Cooking Instructions:


Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and boil until cream cheese is dissolved.

Cool.

Fold in 8oz Cool Whip.

Pour into 13x9 glass cake pan and refrigerate.
