1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup vinegar

1 tsp salt

1/2 pt heavy cream

Head cabbage, chopped


Cooking Instructions:


Combine sugar, vinegar and salt in a jar and chill in refrigerator for at least 1/2 hour.

Whip cream, (not too stiff) and pour into cooled mixture from jar.

Mix in cabbage.
