1/2 lb bulk Italian hot sausage

1 lb extra lean ground beef

2 tbsp dried parsley

1 tsp dried basil

1-1/2 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1-1/2 tbsp onion flakes

2 tbsp Romano cheese, grated

1 egg

3/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs


Cooking Instructions:


Combine sausage and ground beef, add all of dry ingredients and mix well.

Add the egg and mix well; add bread crumbs and combine.

Roll into golf size meatballs. (Makes approximately 22 meatballs)

Boil meatballs till they float; this will take most of the fat out of the meatballs.

Take them out and bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees.



Add to your favorite sauce.
