1 lb. Italian or Hot Sausage, loose
2 cups Celery, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2 lb. Zucchini (5 cups) 1/2 inch pieces
1 cup Onion, chopped
2 cans Tomatoes
2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1 tsp. Oregano
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Basil
1 tsp. Sugar
2 Green Peppers, cut into 1/2" pieces
Brown sausage, add celery and cook 10 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Add all remaining
ingredients except green pepper.
Simmer covered for 20 minutes.
Add green peppers and cook 10 minutes longer.
