1 box Orzo Noodles, cooked & drained
2 cans Mandarin Oranges
1 jar Cherries
1 (12-oz.) ctn. Cool Whip
3/4 cup Sugar
2 Eggs, beaten
2 T. Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 T. Cornstarch
1 T. Lemon Juice
1 can Pineapple Chunks
Cook noodles & drain & cool.
In saucepan add the drained juices from the oranges, cherries & pineapple.
Add the sugar, flour, salt, cornstarch, lemon juice, & eggs.
Cook until thick.
Then add to the noodles & fruit.
Add the 12 oz. of Cool Whip and put in refrigerator overnight.
