2 (3-oz.) pkgs. Orange Gelatin
1 cup Boiling Water
1 pt. Orange Sherbert
1 (8-oz.) ctn. Cool Whip
1 can Mandarin Oranges, drained
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add softened sherbet & mix well.
Fold in thawed Cool Whip.
Whisk until smooth.
Pour into 1-1/2 qt. mold or a 9 x 11 pan.
Decorate top with the oranges.
This can also be made with lime or strawberry sherbet.
Use green gelatin with lime or strawberry gelatin with the strawberry.
Red or green for Christmas & orange for Thanksgiving.
