2 lbs uncooked peeled large shrimp
3/4 stick of butter
1/2 lb ob bacon
1/2 of Jim Beam bourbon
3/4 pint of heavy crean
1 - 18 oz BBQ sauce
Cut bacon in half and wrap around uncooked peeled shrimp
Pour half of the bbq sauce in a bowl
Brush shrimp an bacon with bbq sauce
Preheat oven to 350
Place Tray in the centerof the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
In sauce pan, put Jim Bean bourbon.
Lite it with lighter.
Burn off the alcohol, this should take a few minutes.
When the flame in the sauce pan gets small put a lid on the sauce pan to burn out the flame.
Turn the stove on medium.
Add 3/4 stick of butter to the bourbon.
After the butter is melted, add the remaining half of the bbq sauce, and 3/4 of the heavy cream.
Simmer to a just boil, constantly stirring
Remove from stove
Remove the shrimp from the oven.
Brush the shrimmp and bacon with the bourbon sauce
Put it back in to the oven for 12 - 15 minutes until done.
