2 Eggs

2 Egg Whites

1-2/3 cup Sugar

1 cup Applesauce

1 (15-oz.) can Pure Pumpkin

2 cups Flour

2 tsp. Baking Powder

1 tsp. Baking Soda

1/2 tsp. Salt

2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice



Icing:

(4-oz.) Cream Cheese

1 cup Margarine (2 sticks)

3 tsp. Vanilla

4 cups Powdered Sugar


Cooking Instructions:


Mix cake in order given.

Put in ungreased 15 x 10 baking sheet.

Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

No need for a mixer, this can be mixed with a whisk.

This recipe can also be modified to be sugar free by substituting the regular sugar with Splenda and using sugar free Cool Whip for a topping rather than the cream cheese icing.

To use cream cheese icing, mix in order given.

This must be refrigerated once you ice it with the cream cheese.
