2 sticks Margarine

1 cup Peanut Butter

4 T. Cocoa

2 T. Vanilla

1 lb. Powdered Sugar


Cooking Instructions:


Melt oleo and peanut butter in a saucepan.

Add cocoa and vanilla.

Let cool 15 minutes.

Gradually add powdered sugar.

Knead with hands until sugar is well mixed.

Place in 9 x 12 pan or form into a log and roll in crushed pecans, fine coconut or crushed walnuts.

You can also make balls & roll in crushed pecans, coconut, or walnuts.

I omit cocoa and just make peanut butter fudge.
