2 -10 count buttermilk biscuits1 pack taco seasoning1 roll pork sausage (16oz.)1 can diced green chilies (4oz.)2 cups shredded cheddar cheese  

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degreesLightly spray mini muffin pansMix uncooked sausage,taco seasoning, chilies and cheeseShape into 40 equal ballsRemove biscuits and separate each biscuit into two layers making 40 total layersPress one layer into each cup of muffin panPlace sausage cheese ball into each biscuit cupBake 10 - 12 min. Or until biscuits are browned and sausage balls are bubbly
