Snickers Rice Krispie Treats: Submitted by: Susan Osborn | Date Added: 28 Nov 2018 Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Butter 5 Cups Mini Marshmallows 5-1/2 Cups Rice Krispie Cereal 1/2  Cup Salted Peanuts, chopped 16 Oz, Bag of Caramels, Unwrapped '3 Tbs. Heavy Cream 2 Cups Chocolate Chips 

Cooking Instructions:

Melt butter over medium heat in large saucepan.Add in marshmallows and stir until marshmallows are completely coated.  Pour into a  buttered 9x13 pan and press down evenly (don't press too hard). Sprinkle peanuts evenly over the top of the rice krispie treats. In a medium saucepan combine caramels and heavy cream.  Cook on medium heat until caramels are melted and mixture is smooth.  Pour caramel mixture evenly over rice krispie treats.Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second increments (about 90 seconds total), stir after each until smooth. Pour over caramel layer and spread evenly.  Let chocolate set completely before cutting.
