Ingredients1 1/2 -3 lb London Broil, trimmed of fat1 tbls canola oil1/4 cup soy sauce1/3 cup teriyaki sauce1 tsp lemon juice1/2 cup dk brown sugar4 oz dry white wine1 tbls burgundy wine1 tsp honey1/2 tsp garlic powderSalt & pepper

Cooking Instructions:

DirectionsTenderize meat with Jaccard. Combine all other ingredients in medium jar with lid. Shake VERY well. Pour into flat, sealable container. Add meat. Refrigerate 24 hours; turn and refrigerate additional 24 hours. Set oven to BROIL; place meat on rack over a drain pan. Broil 6 minutes; turn and broil additional 6 minutes. Remove from oven; loosely cover with foil on plate. Rest 5 minutes before slicing.
