2 cups flour4 tbsp. Crisco or butter4 tsp baking powder1 eggdash of salt3/4 cup milk

Cooking Instructions:

Mix the flour and baking powder together.Add the shortening.Use a pastry blender or a fork to break the shortening into the flour until the shortening is pea size or smaller clumps.Add the remaining items.Mix well.Place the dough onto a floured surface and use a glass dipped into flour to cut the biscuits.Place into a greased pan and bake at 375 for 20 min.
