19 OREO COOKIES, DIVIDED



2 PKG. (8 OZ.) CREAM CHEESE



1/2 CUP SUGAR



1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM



1/2 TSP VANILLA



2 EGGS


Cooking Instructions:



  1. PLACE 1 COOKIE IN EACH OF 12 PAPER LINED MUFFIN CUPS


  2. COARSLEY CHOP REMAINING COOKIES.



BEAT CREAM CHEESE AND SUGAR.



ADD SOUR CREAM AND VANILLA, MIX WELL



ADD EGGS, 1 AT A TIME UNTIL BLENDED



STIR IN RESERVED CHOPPED COOKIES



SPOON INTO MUFFIN TIN LINED WITH CUPCAKE PAPERS



BAKE 20 MIN, OR UNTIL ALMOST SET



COOL. REFRIGERATE 3 HOURS



REMOVE CHEESECAKE FROM MUFFIN PAN; DISCARD PAPER LINEERS.



SERVE COOKIE SIDES UP.
