Bag of whole brussel sprouts



Small bag of baby Kale



handful of sliced almonds



handful of cranberries



Maple Vinaigrette Dressing



1/4 cup extra-virign olive oil



1/4 cup maple syrup



2 tbsp apple cider vinegar



1 tsp finely grated lemon zest



2 tbsp lemon juice



salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:


Sliced the brussel sprouts and baby kale thinly into strips



Add the almonds and cranberries



Make dressing and pour over each salad when ready to eat.
