1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed



1 cup flour



2 eggs, beaten



2 cups panko bread crumbs



Canola oil for frying



SALT AND PEPPER



Buffalo sauce for serving



 



 



 



 

Cooking Instructions:


Boil Brussels sprouts in salted water for about 10 min. Until bright green and fork tender.



Put flour, eggs, and panko in 3 shallow bowls.



In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, fill enough canola oil to reach 1" to 2".



Dip Brussels sprouts in flour, then egg, then panko.



Fry in oil till golden brown and crispy, about 2 min. Per side.



Transfer to a paper towel lined plate. Season with salt and pepper.



Serve with buffalo sauce.
