Slow cooker scalloped potatoes: Submitted by: Paula fecko | Date Added: 8 Apr 2018 Ingredients:

2 lb red potatoes, sliced thin

1 1/2 pounds cheddar, shredded

1 cup sour cream

1 tbsp. Worchestshire sauce

1 can cream of potato soup (can substitute cream of chicken)

paprika and chives for garnish

Cooking Instructions:

Mix soup, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce in bowl.

Stir in the potatoes.

Put 1/3 of the potato mixture in a greased slow cooker

Put 3/4 cup of cheese on the potatoes.

Add another 1/3 of the potatoe and rest of cheese.

Finish with rest of potato mixture.

Cook 3 1/2 - 4 hrs. On high or 7 - 8 hrs. On low

Sprinke with paprika and chives
