Boneless skinless chicken breasts



Eggs



Seasoned Bread Crumbs



Mushrooms, fresh



Chicken Broth



Muenster cheese


Cooking Instructions:


Cut boneless, skinless chicken into pieces the size of the palm of your hand



Beat several eggs & add the chicken pieces.



Marinate in fridge overnight or about 8 hours.



Lightly bread the chicken with seasoned bread crumbs.



Fry in oil till lightly browned. 



Place on low sided cookie sheet or pan.



Saute fresh mushrooms that have been washed & cut in half allowing them to stay rather large.  Saute lightly, don't overcook.



Pour some canned chicken broth over the breaded chicken, lay mushrooms on top & cover with thick slices of muenster cheese. 



Bake for no more than 1/2 hour @ 350 degrees.
