1/4 cup butter or margarine

4 cups onions (thinly sliced)

4 cans (10 oz.) condensed beef broth (undiluted)

Cooking Instructions:


Melt the butter in a large skillet and saute the onion until almost brown. Combine beef broth and sauteed onion in a medium saucepan and heat to boiling. Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes while covered.
