Harvest Apple Salsa with Cinnamon Chips: Submitted by: SUSAN OSBORN | Date Added: 14 Sep 2017 Ingredients:


2 medium Granny Smith apples, chopped 

1 medium bartlet pear, chopped 

1/2 cup chopped seedless red grapes 

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/4 cup chopped walnuts 

1 tablespoon brown sugar 

3 tablespoons orange juice 

Cinnamon Chips

4 (8-inch) flour tortillas 

2 tablespoon sugar 

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Cooking Instructions:

For the cinnamon chips, combine sugar and cinnamon in small bowl.  

Brush tortillas with water. 

Sprinkle sugar mixture evenly over tortillas. 

Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges and arrange on baking sheet. 

Bake 5-7 minutes or until golden brown in a preheated oven 475 degrees.

Remove to wire rack and cool completely. 

For the salsa, combine all ingredients in large bowl. 

Serve with cinnamon chips.
