Three Tablespoons of salt

1 Lemon cut in quarters

4 poumds of shrimp in the shell (16-20)

2 cups mayonnaise

1 tsp dijon mustard

2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar

little black pepper

6 tablespoons of fresh chopped dill

1 cup of minced red onion

3 cups of minced celery

Cooking Instructions:

Boil 5 quarts of water with the lemon in a large saucepan, add half of the shrimp and reduce heat to medium.  Cook unvocered for only 3 minutes.

Then repeat with the other half  of shrimp.

Let cool and peel shrimp and devein.

Whisk in a seperate bowl the mayo, mustard, vinegar, pepper and dill.  Combine with the peeled shrimp.  Add the red onion and celery.  

Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
