Cooking Instructions:



  1. Cut cauliflower into florets (about 5 cups). 


  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.


  3. Add cauliflower and crushed red pepper. 


  4. Cook and stir for 5 to 8 minutes or until crisp-tender. 


  5. Remove from heat and season to taste with black pepper. 


  6. Stir in parsley, sprinkle with Parmesan and garnish with lemon wedges. 


  7. Serve warm or at room temperature.
