Pour milk into a saucepan and bring to a boilBeat eggs slightly and add gradually to milkCook over low heat for about 7 min.Add pepper and saltStir constantly until mixture resembles scrambled eggsPour muxture into a linen towelSqueeze and tie tightlyHang and let drain for 2 hoursCover with plastic wrap and refrigerateCut into strips and enjoy on Easter, or any time!
