1 pkg. Italian Salad Dressing
1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
Fresh Mushrooms, sliced thin

I make 2 separate batches of this Au Jus, one to let meat marinade in, and one with fresh, thin sliced mushrooms to put aside to serve over sliced London Broil.
To make the au jus, you make the packaged Italian dressing mix as directed, using water, 1 t. Olive oil, red wine vinegar, and package of dry mix.
After prepared, put into a bowl.
Add teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and brown sugar.
Mix all well and marinade London broil.
I usually marinade for a few hours each side.
Then grill London broil.
The separate batch of au jus, you prepare and add sliced mushrooms.
I will microwave this batch for about 2-3 minutes and serve over thinly sliced London broil.
This is sooo delicious!!!

This is a great au jus also for all grilled meats such as chicken and pork as well.
