Apple Butter

12 cups Apples, made into applesauce

6 cups Sugar

1/2 cup Vinegar

1/2 cup Cider

2 tsp. Cinnamon

1 tsp. All Spice

1/2 tsp. Cloves

Combine all the above ingredients above in a roaster or a good pan for cooking in the oven.

Cook at 325° for 3 hours, stir occasionally until mixture becomes thick.

I place in hot jars, lids, rings and seal.

Apple butter is great for on homemade bread.
