Parsnip Soup

Parsnip Soup Ingredients

1 lb venison burger

1 medium onion

2 cloves garlic

1/2 tsp marjoram

Salt and pepper to taste

1 carrot

2 or 3 parsnips

1 qt. chicken stock

Parsnip Soup Cooking Instructions

Brown meat with onion and garlic.

Add marjoram, salt and pepper, chicken stock and simmer 1/2 hour.

Then cut up carrots and add.

Cook 15 minutes.

Add parsnips, simmer 20 minutes or until parsnips are soft.

Parsnips cook up fast.

You may add at finish parsley and green onion on top.

Great way to cook venison burger.

Can use other meat.
