Ham, Bean and Macaroni Soup

Ham, Bean and Macaroni Soup Ingredients


Ham, cut into cubes,



sliced carrots, celery, onions and garlic (to your taste)



1 med. size can (14.5 oz) of Fire Roasted Tomatoes.



1 carton (32 oz.) of Chicken broth



1 can of Great Northern Beans



1 cup uncooked  macaroni, any small kind  (I used Ditalini Pasta)



Parsley



 

Ham, Bean and Macaroni Soup Cooking Instructions


Add Chicken broth and tomatoes to pot, 



add sliced vegetables and cook till done, about 10  minutes.



I cook my macaroni as directed on box seperately then add to soup.



Add can of GN beans and ham cubes. 



Simmer just for 5 to10 minutes.



Serve.



 



Good way to use left over ham and it's quick and easy to make. My family loved it.
