Fish Chowder

Fish Chowder Ingredients

2 lbs. Haddock

1 cup Water

1/4 lb. Butter

2 cups Onion, thinly sliced

2 T. Flour

4 cups Potatoes, 1/2" cubes

1 cup Celery, chopped

2 Bay Leaves

2 tsp. Salt

1/4 tsp. Pepper

3-4 cups Milk

1 cup Cream, light

1 cup Sour Cream

Fish Chowder Cooking Instructions

Combine 1 lb. fish with water.

Simmer until flaky.

Remove fish.

Boil broth 10 minutes.

Place in crockpot.

Add butter, onions, flour, potatoes, celery, 1 lb. fish, seasonings, 1 cup milk.

Simmer few hours.

Add cream & sour cream 1 hour before serving.

Add 2nd lb. of fish 1/2 hour before serving.
