Broccoli Soup

1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tsp butter
1-8oz cream cheese
1 cup milk
1 chicken bouillon cube
3/4 cup boiling water
1-10oz package chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
Cook chopped broccoli until tender and drain.
In saucepan saute onion in butter.
Add cream cheese and milk, cook until cheese is melted through.
Add bouillon cube to boiling water to make broth, then add to cheese mixture.
Stir in cooked broccoli and add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
