1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
1 medium tomato peeled and sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
6 oz of mozzarella, cheddar or Parmesan cheese
Margarine
1/2 cup bread crumbs

In a greased 2 quart baking dish, layer half of zucchini, tomatoes and onions.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano.
Dot with margarine and add 3 oz of cheese.
Repeat a second layer and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until vegetables are done.
Serves 4.
