Scalloped Potatoes Ingredients


Peeled, sliced potatoes

Flour

Salt

Pepper

Heavy cream

Milk

Butter


Scalloped Potatoes Cooking Instructions


Add peeled, sliced potatoes to a casserole dish.

Stir in enough flour to lightly coat potatoes and salt and pepper to taste.

Pour heavy cream over potatoes to fill dish half full.

Add enough milk to almost cover potatoes, but don't cover completely.

Add butter pats to the top of potatoes.

Cook uncovered at 375 degrees for approximately 1-1/2 hours or until sauce has thickened and top is golden brown.
