Corn Casserole

Corn Casserole Ingredients


1/2 cup melted margarine

2 eggs

1 cup (8 oz) sour cream

1 (16 oz) can of whole kerned corn, drained

1 (16 oz) can of cream style corn

1 pkg of cornbread mix

2 Tablespoons of sugar





 


Corn Casserole Cooking Instructions


Combine all ingredients in a bowl & mix well.  Spoon into a 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hr 15 min. or until set.
