Company Sweet Potatoes

6 cups cooked sweet potatoes

2 eggs

1 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup melted butter or oleo

Topping:

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup flour

1 cup chopped nuts

1/3 cup butter or oleo

Beat sweet potatoes, eggs, sugar, vanilla and butter/oleo with mixer and put in 9x13x2 cake pan.

Combine topping ingredients.

Mix and sprinkle over top of sweet potato mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
