Cauliflower with Parmesan Cheese

Cauliflower with Parmesan Cheese Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower (approx. 1½ pounds)


  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil


  • ⅛ teaspoon crushed red pepper


  • Black pepper, freshly ground


  • ¼ cup parsley


  • 3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese


  • Lemon wedges

Cauliflower with Parmesan Cheese Cooking Instructions

  1. Cut cauliflower into florets (about 5 cups). 

  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.

  3. Add cauliflower and crushed red pepper. 

  4. Cook and stir for 5 to 8 minutes or until crisp-tender. 

  5. Remove from heat and season to taste with black pepper. 

  6. Stir in parsley, sprinkle with Parmesan and garnish with lemon wedges. 

  7. Serve warm or at room temperature.
