Carrot Stuffing

Carrot Stuffing Ingredients

1 large loaf of sliced white bread

2 lbs of carrots

1 stalk of celery

2 or 3 medium size onions

2 or 3 sticks of Oleo margarine

Carrot Stuffing Cooking Instructions

Cut bread into cubes and put into mixing bowl or large container.

Slice carrots (real thin) and boil until soft.

Mash with potato masher (not a mixer) until chunky.

Cut celery and onions into small pieces.

Cook in margarine until soft.

Pour over bread cubes and mix well.

Pour mashed carrots over it and mix again.

If bread is not moist enough, add a little milk and mix well.

Put into baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
