Royal Curried Chicken Salad Ingredients

1/2 cup Sliced Almonds, toasted

2 cups Cooked Chicken, chopped

1/4 cup Water Chestnuts, chopped

1/2 lb. Seedless Green Grapes, halved

1 (8-oz.) can Pineapple Chunks, drained

1/2 cup Celery, chopped

3/4 cup Mayonnaise

1 tsp. Curry Powder

2 tsp. Lemon Juice

2 tsp. Soy Sauce

2 Avocados, optional

Royal Curried Chicken Salad Cooking Instructions

Combine first six ingredients

Set aside.

Combine mayonnaise, curry powder, lemon juice, and soy sauce in a bowl

Spoon mixture over chicken mixture, and toss gently to coat.

Cover and chill at least 4 hours.

Peel and chop avocados; sprinkle over salad, and serve immediately.

Yields about 6 servings.
