1 package cole slaw mix
6 to 8 sliced green onions
1 cup frozen peas
1 package oriental ramen noodles
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup cashews
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
Season packet from noodles

Brown seeds, almonds and cashews in 1 tbsp butter.
Combine cole slaw mix, onions, and frozen peas.
Break up noodles and add to mixture.
Mix oil, vinegar, sugar and seasoning packet from noodles.
Add dressing just before serving.
