1 box Frozen Lima Beans
1 can Mushrooms, sliced
1 can Yellow Wax Beans
2 cans Green Beans
1 can Kidney Beans, drained & rinsed
1 Red Onion, thinly sliced
1 Green Pepper, thinly sliced
Dressing:
2/3 cup Vegetable Oil
1-1/3 cup Salad Vinegar
1-1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Black Pepper

Whisk all dressing ingredients together.
If desired you can put vinegar and sugar on stove on low just till sugar is incorporated.
Then add all other dressing ingredients.
Pour the dressing over all the vegetables.
Let this sit overnight to give flavors time to meld.
This is wonderful for covered dishes because you don't have to worry about refrigeration.
This keeps well in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
