Fresh Greek Tomato & Cucumber Salad

3 T. Olive Oil
2 T. White Vinegar
1 tsp. Sugar, or Splenda
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 T. Italian Seasoning, finely chopped
2 med. Tomatoes, diced
1 med. Cucumber, peeled & diced
1/2 sm. Red Onion, diced
1/4 cup Feta Cheese
Whisk the olive oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic and Italian seasoning until blended
Mix in vegetables.
Sprinkle feta cheese on top.
