Broccoli Salad

1 C. fresh broccoli
Dressing:
3 eggs beaten
1 C. fresh mushrooms
1 C. Sugar
1/2 C. water
1/2 C. chopped onions
1 T. Cornstarch
1/2 C. vinegar
6 slices of crisp cooked bacon. crumbled
1 t. dry mustard
3/4 C. mayo
Fold together broccoli, onions and mushrooms.
Set aside and make dressing.
Stir together sugar, mustard, and cornstarch, add eggs, water, and vinegar..
Cook until thick.
Cook and stir in mayo.
Fold dressing into veggies and crumble bacon on top.
Serves 6
