1 box Ziti
1 jar Ragu Traditional Spaghetti Sauce
1 lb. Jimmy Dean Sausage flavored with Sage
1/2 can Cannelli Beans, rinsed
1 (8-oz.) can Diced Tomatoes, drained
1 small jar Mushrooms
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 med. White Onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
3 T. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Dried Oregano
1 tsp. Dried Basil Leaves
1 T. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1 handful Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 handful Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped

Bring water to rolling boil.
Salt well and boil pasta.
Meanwhile in a 12 inch cast iron skillet over medium high heat add the olive oil, garlic crushed red pepper flakes and onions.
Saute till tender about 5 minutes.
Add the sausage, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, mix well and brown sausage.
When sausage is browned add beans, and diced tomatoes, stir.
Add spaghetti sauce and sugar, mix all well and simmer 10 minutes until pasta is done.
When pasta is al dente, drain and put in a big serving bowl.
Dump your sauce mixture over top, toss well to combine and garnish with the parmesan cheese and chopped parsley!
Serve hot with crusty bread! Simple and delicious!
Provides yummy leftovers for the next day!!!
