8 Pork Chops
1 onion, cut up
1 small celery stalk
Thin sliced carrots
Salt and pepper
Crisco

Fry chops in a little Cirsco. Add salt and pepper.
Then place pork chops in an 8x10 glass Pryex pan.
Fry onion and celery until tender. Pour on chops.
Sprinkle thin sliced carrots on top of pork chops. Cover.
Pour white wine (any kind) over pork chops almost to cover.
Bake 375 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
