2 eggs
1 small onion
Salad dressing
Velveeta cheese
2-10 oz Hungry Jack biscuits

Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Boil eggs until hard.
Dice onion and eggs.
Mix together onion, eggs, tuna and salad dressing.
Using can biscuits, press on cookie sheet forming rectangle.
Be sure to press biscuits together.
Spread tuna salad on top of biscuits.
On wax paper press other can of biscuits into another rectangle."
Slice Velveeta cheese and place on top of tuna salad.
Place second biscuit rectangle on top of the cheese.
Stretch biscuits over filling.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cut in slices and serve.
Variation:
Can be made into individual sandwiches using one biscuit for bottom and one biscuit for top.
Also use other fillings of your choice.
