1 lb tenderloin
1 cup diced white onions
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 lb butter
1/2 pint of whipping cream, or heavy cream

On medium heat, saute mushrooms and onion in butter.
After mushrooms and onions are soft, remove from the skillet.
(do not remove the remaining butter left in the skillet)
Slice tenderloins to 3/4 inch thick.
Sprinkle seasoning salt on both sides of tenderloins.
Place tenderloins in the skillet with the remaining butter.
Fry both sides of the tenderloins till done.
Remove the tenderloins when done.
Turn the flame no very low heat.
Pour whipping cream or heavy cream in the skillet with the remaining drippings of butter.
Saute the whipping cream or heavy cream, stirring constantly until it thickens.
Place the tenderloins, mushrooms, and onions back into the skillet, cook for about 5 minutes until everything is heated.
