1 (1.25 oz) packet chili seasoning (mild, medium, or hot)
1 15oz can stewed tomatoes
1 15oz can light kidney beans
1 15oz dark kidney beans
1 8oz can tomato sauce

Brown meat well and drain.
Add seasoning; mix well.
Add stewed tomatoes, crushed between fingers, undrained beans and sauce; mix well.
Bring to a boil; stirring gently.
Lower heat to simmer; cover pot.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stir occasionally.
Can be served with hard rolls, crackers, or topped with sour cream or cheese.
