Stuffed Peppers

Stuffed Peppers Ingredients

6 to 8 medium green peppers

1 large can V-8 vegetable juice

1 lb ground meat

1 cup rice, rinsed

1 medium onion, diced

Salt and pepper

Stuffed Peppers Cooking Instructions

Core peppers.

In large bowl combine ground meat, rice, onion, salt and pepper and 1/4 cup V-8 juice.

Stuff each pepper with the mixture and place up right in crock pot.

After filling each pepper, insert finger in center of meat to make hole.

Pour V-8 juice into each hole and in crock pot to cover peppers.

Slow cook for 4 to 6 hours or until peppers and rice are done.
